I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at InstaShop (Thessaloníki, Western Macedonia) in Oct 2023
Interview
I had concerns about the company’s work/life balance throughout the interview process. The CTO’s comment, ‘We used to think of something in the morning and deploy it until nightfall,’ was particularly telling. It was shared with a sense of nostalgia, which made me question whether long hours and a relentless pace are still the norm. This sentiment left me with reservations about how sustainable the work environment might be, especially when it comes to maintaining a healthy balance between professional and personal life.

- HR call - Call with CTO - Call with CEO - Tech assignment CTO and CEO are extremely rude, having as goal to underestimate you and debate about your seniority. If you respect yourself, don't bother interviewing this company. I can understand the low review ratings.
