Insight Technical Support Representative interview questions

There was a simple casual phone interview, followed by an onsite interview. The first guy on the phone was really impressed and he set up a meeting. The second person was impressed too, but wasn't selected for the position. Even though I mentioned my experience was all software. I was asked questions on hardware.
