The first interview was a call with the talent manager, which was more of a pre-screening process. The next call was on Zoom with the same talent manager, which was more of a conversational type of interview, and you were expected to present questions at the end.

The phone interview felt rushed and lacked depth. The interviewer asked only basic, standard questions, offering little opportunity for me to elaborate on my experience or skills. It seemed more like a quick screening than a genuine attempt to get to know me as a candidate. There wasn’t much back-and-forth, and the conversation felt scripted rather than engaging. Overall, it left me unsure of where I stood in the process or how seriously my application was being considered.
