The process was not clear Bad communication to arrange interview, constants calls at any time during the day. Not good benefits, no vacation, no sick time bad retirement plan. 401k has value only after 2 years working there.

It was not technical There were mostly management problems
A recruiter reached out to me on LinkedIn, asked for my resume and a few extra details, then disappeared without any follow-up.
It is completely fine if there is not a match, but basic communication and closure go a long way. Anyway, moving on.
