I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Insight Global (Baltimore, MD) in Mar 2015
Interview
I was contacted several times by the university recruiter for this company and finally decided to give them a chance after multiple voice mails, emails, and LinkedIn messages. The recruiter seemed genuinely excited to talk to me and made me extremely confident for my interview. In fact, we kept in contact quite frequently leading up to my interview and she prepared me with answers to every question that was expected to be asked. The process was extremely rushed and I was caught off guard by the actual interview. While the interview was much more a conversation, I asked several more questions than were of asked of me and did most of the talking. I felt as if the entire process was based on appearances and not about credentials at all. I emailed the interviewers as soon as possible to thank them as well as my recruiter to update them on the process, but I never received a response from anyone. It has now been two weeks and I am much more surprised than disappointed to have not heard back from them.
I was messaged by a recruiter on linkedin and had a phone call with her, and then was set up with a first round interview with one of the sales managers for the office I applied for. In this interview I found the questions asked to be very strangely worded for it to be a sales job.
The interview process was long, it consisted of a lot of phone calls with the recruiter prepping you for the interviews. The in person interview felt very calculated and fake. Although I’m sure the managers meant well you could tell they were very judgmental. I’ve also heard awful things about this company so I think it was a blessing. Good luck though!

Began with a 15 minute warmer call with a recruiter to then schedule a 45 minute call with the recruiter, then either an in-person or online interview with hiring manager, and then last interview with manager.
