THIS COMPANY IS A JOKE!
In all honesty, this is the first-ever Glassdoor review I've gone out of my way to write which should indicate to you the level of disdain I have for this company. Out of the many jobs that I interviewed for, this one was by far the worst. My recruiter would call me unannounced, sounding stressed out and making sure that I was prepared for my interview by asking me to do trivial things such as taking down posters in my background that advertise drug use (as if I would have one of those) and putting me on the spot by randomly quizzing me on how much research I've done on the company. I made it to 3 rounds and throughout the entire process, they manipulated me into thinking that I was perfect for the role and that my recruiter felt some sort of personal connection with me, which ultimately amounted to a half-hearted email saying that they feel as though I would not be the best fit for the position and that I would be notified if another position opened-up that was more up my alley. I understand I can't blame them for not extending me an offer and I was ready to be a good sport about it, but when I emailed back thanking him for his time and asking what areas I fell short in, all I got was radio silence. It's been over a month and a half. The many personal conversations I had with my recruiter talking about anything from golf to career aspirations were clearly just him doing his job. He didn't give a damn about me, and the more you research this company the more you begin to see a recurring pattern of this 'fakeness' culture that seems to span throughout each level and each department. It's the little things like ghosting an applicant that invested so much of their time and effort into an interview process that makes my blood boil, but in the end, this rejection was truly a blessing because they really almost got me on their superficial 'IG Way' bullsh*t. A week later, I got an offer from another company for the same exact position (except I'd be starting as an AM rather than working my way up) making almost $10k more starting salary (same bonuses) than I would've made here. Oh yeah, on top of everything else, the starting salary for entry-level employees here is the lowest I've seen across the board too by the way, which is more proof that the entire process was a joke and I dodged a bullet.
In conclusion, when Alex Righetti slides in your LinkedIn DM's, simply don't respond.
