I applied through university. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Insight Global (Charlotte, NC) in Mar 2020
Interview
It was a very easy and welcoming interview process. They really want to get to know you as a person and take a casual approach. They want to make it more of a conversation rather than an interrogation. I loved every person I met through the interview process. The recruiter prepares you with interview questions beforehand so that you feel prepared.
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Insight Global (Vancouver, BC)
Interview
They reached out to me. Great communication and straightforward process: 3 rounds of interviews including one screening call, one interview and an in person interview and shadowing day in office.
Two rounds of interviews to see whether or not you’re a good fit - translation if they can boss you around and make you do things beyond the job description
3 round interview process. 2 remote and the last one was onsite at the ATL HQ. They were friendly, I had a good time, but ultimately didn’t get the job
