I applied through university. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Insight Global (Orlando, FL) in Feb 2012
Interview
Worst interview I have ever had. HR was fantastic, but at the actual corporate office, I was highly disappointed. They didn't ask me any traditional or non-traditional questions. The office manager simply chatted with me about casual things. It was very awkward and any time I attempted to bring up previous work experience it was immediately shot down.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
How did you hear about us? (That was literally the only question he asked)
Small talk is the most importantly part of the interview process. They hire soley for personality and drive so if you show you can be natural with conversation that sets you apart.
easy just have to know how to small talk. they look for depth in your answers and how you can push yourself to be better. they just want to see that you can drive the conversation and be curious about the positon. no experience necesarry.. easy but tbh toxic work env iroment
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Insight Global (Dallas, TX) in Apr 2026
Interview
The interview process was like any other interview process with a recruiter. I ended up backing out, but it seems like they want people who are excited about the company and the role.
