Simple phone interview reviewing my background and what I want out of a job after college. First in office interview felt like speed dating with several different account managers. 10 minutes in and out going over a lot of the same information, really just getting to know your personality. The lunch interview was awkward, I felt like the hiring manager and other team member were having side conversation about work humor while I sat there. I was told to use this to prove I could hold a conversation and build a connection with someone but the manager gave me one word answers when I asked open ended questions and was reserved despite my efforts. Was told they would call with an offer in 24-48 hours and never heard from them. My recruiter never returned my follow up email or phone call, its been a month. In a business where they emphasize strong relationships this is a poor way to treat candidates. not going to recommend IG to any future graduates who want a serious career.
