I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Insight Global (Phila, PA) in Aug 2017
Interview
I was contacted by a Corporate Recruiter through LinkedIn. There was an initial phone call screening, lasting about 15 minutes. Very casual, easy conversation, where they asked questions about my background and then explained the job to me. We set up an in-person interview for the next week. In-person interview was also casual. I met with their recruiter and two Account Managers. They told me about the job and their experience, asked 2-3 questions about my resume and then asked me if I had any questions for them.
Small talk is the most importantly part of the interview process. They hire soley for personality and drive so if you show you can be natural with conversation that sets you apart.
easy just have to know how to small talk. they look for depth in your answers and how you can push yourself to be better. they just want to see that you can drive the conversation and be curious about the positon. no experience necesarry.. easy but tbh toxic work env iroment
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Insight Global (Dallas, TX) in Apr 2026
Interview
The interview process was like any other interview process with a recruiter. I ended up backing out, but it seems like they want people who are excited about the company and the role.
