Began with a brief 10 minute conversation with a internal recruiter. They were extremely nice and helpful. After this we schedule a in person interview for the following week. The day before the interview, the internal recruiter calls you to discuss tips and helpful hints preparing you for the interview.

Small talk is the most importantly part of the interview process. They hire soley for personality and drive so if you show you can be natural with conversation that sets you apart.
easy just have to know how to small talk. they look for depth in your answers and how you can push yourself to be better. they just want to see that you can drive the conversation and be curious about the positon. no experience necesarry.. easy but tbh toxic work env iroment
