*Took less than 4 days
* Spoke with 4 different people
*Tested me on my knowledge of material I will be using for the position
*Needed to be ready to take a call at any moment
*First you will speak with a recruiter if you posted your resume online and he or she found your resume
*The recruiter will tell you about the position available and how much beginning pay is (in my case pay was not negotiable because I was a contractor)
*The recruiter will ask if you can talk to others who will further interview you
*They will setup a time to call you
*After you speak with them you will probably need to talk with other people who will interview you again but on how you handle yourself on the job
*Afterwards they will call you and let you know if you are offered the position

Interview
Very professional and friendly. Down to the fact, looking for a specific technical talent and customer oriented behaviors. The interview was objective oriented with no offensive remarks and no nonsense questions. The recruiter was eager to help me to find a position to fit my objective. She enjoys helping people to find them the perfect job. She was very efficient in her job search, as soon as she found a match, she immediately contacted me to give me a head start to prepare for a customer interview. She was as excited as I am when I got the job offer from the customer. Working with people who cares is really very important.
