Very laid back and conversational interview process. In the first interview they just wanted to get a feel of you as a person and were looking for you to drive the conversation. They would ask about your experience and what you enjoy doing, and then conversation would flow from there. Got very off topic at times but was good in getting to know the type of people that work at the company.

Smooth phone screening process. I felt like my answers were adequately answered and I am interested to learn more. I am hesitant as the position does seem like it may be too good to be true.
Small talk is the most importantly part of the interview process. They hire soley for personality and drive so if you show you can be natural with conversation that sets you apart.
easy just have to know how to small talk. they look for depth in your answers and how you can push yourself to be better. they just want to see that you can drive the conversation and be curious about the positon. no experience necesarry.. easy but tbh toxic work env iroment
