I applied through university. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Insight Global (Palo Alto, CA) in Apr 2015
Interview
You come to the office and then you have to use the phone to call them and let them know you are there. They then have you sit in an office and interview with a couple of employees. Overall, Very unprofessional and people I interviewed with seemed as if they didn't want to be there. Its pretty obvious your looks are a big part on whether or not you get hired.
Small talk is the most importantly part of the interview process. They hire soley for personality and drive so if you show you can be natural with conversation that sets you apart.
easy just have to know how to small talk. they look for depth in your answers and how you can push yourself to be better. they just want to see that you can drive the conversation and be curious about the positon. no experience necesarry.. easy but tbh toxic work env iroment
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Insight Global (Dallas, TX) in Apr 2026
Interview
The interview process was like any other interview process with a recruiter. I ended up backing out, but it seems like they want people who are excited about the company and the role.
