It was very pleasant. It consisted of one phone interview and two video call interviews. I got to know Inovalon along with what the team does, and they got to know me as well. They kept in contact with me consistently to let me know what's going on in the process. They ask questions to learn about your work ethic and how you are as a person. They look for people who are passionate and can learn so they can help develop their skills.
