They would call you on the phone for job interview. They ask can you lift more than 40 pounds. They reluct to tell you that the equipment is more than 50 pounds.

Subbmitted resume online, recieved a cal to schedule phone interview. Phone interview done, paperwork sent via email, returned paperwork after scanning via email. I9 done at manpower. After paperwork submitted recieved orientation start date.

All the questions was expected, but asked if willing to drive, didnt know they ment over 150 miles on a daily basis.

Interview
Phone. Lasted about 15 minutes. Very odd questions, not typical of an interview. When meeting people in the field they did hire, it explained why the interview was so odd. More than phone interviews should be done.
