Interview
This interview was very tough. Even I tried my very best to provide the best open-ended answers to the best of my ability, the recruiter decided not to move forward with the application.

Interview
I was a one on one interview with a hiring manager. It was very detailed. Lasted about a hour. Went over compensation and work schedule, stated there’s room for growth.
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Innovative Promotions in Aug 2024
Interview
Bait and Switch/ Lure and Pull scam - I applied online and within 24hrs received a phone call, email, and text regarding a 15 minute Zoom interview. The job was for a Training and Operations Manager with the salary listed as “Competitive Pay”.
Luckily having some experience with these types of companies, I knew this wasn’t legitimate. I decided to call their bluff by directly asking their HR about salary. As expected, they say “average salary” is in my desired range but it takes 4-6 weeks. (Another red flag)
With nothing to loose but 15 minutes, I decided to take the interview. During the interview - A woman jumps into the Zoom and without introducing herself tells me she “has to hurry because she has someone else waiting”. She then explains this position requires 6 to 8 MONTHS training at 1200$ - 1600$ before hopefully reaching six figures and being a manager. She tries rushing the meeting to a close but I was having a good day and decided to take the high road. I explained the company appeared to have a solid mission statement and overall great values. But I’m not interested in joining any company and training for 6 months just to make my same salary now. She says she understands, meeting ends. Don't know who she’s was, don't care lol. I legitimately laughed when they sent a “No, thank you” email as if I didn't call their bluff and reject them.
I’d stay way unless desperate to start a sales career or truly entry level with limited opportunities. 20 an hr is good for some but not all.
