The interview was great. I told them my story, they were very attentive, they shared what their creative process entailed, and I was more than happy to come aboard the team.

Responded to an advertisement via e-mail. They responded with a test. I responded with the test and also a sample voice recording. I think the sample voice recording put me over the top for an interview. They later told me that they didn't interview anyone else. Came in to the office for an interview. The interview was weird. Mid level manager was interviewing, but seemed like someone else was asking questions through him. He kept looking at a computer, waiting a little bit, and coming back with questions.
