The interview process was totally different than any other interview I've had. It was one on one over zoom and then invited for an in person second interview. There was little to no pressure compared to other interviews. Management really wanted to get to know me and my personality. They made it feel like normal conversation with natural questions instead of reading off a sheet a bunch of those "Tell me a time" questions. They reviewed my skillset and asked what programs I was familiar with while assuring me that they would teach me anything I was unfamiliar with at the time.
