InnovAge interview questions

The recruiter did not show up for our scheduled video call. After ten minutes, I sent an email to check in. I got what seemed to be a sarcastic reply a few hours later. Hoping it was a misunderstanding, I asked if we could reschedule. I got another snarky reply and then got ghosted. It's unfortunate, because it seems like a good organization with a good mission. I hate to judge them based on the behavior of a single recruiter, but that's all I have to go on.

The interview process consisted of a three part interview. First, interview is with an HR person. Second interview is with your director or supervisor. Third is with the directors boss.
