Interview
The interview process consisted of a three part interview. First, interview is with an HR person. Second interview is with your director or supervisor. Third is with the directors boss.
Very relaxed interviews. Had a screening interview via telephone and then Zoom with hiring manager . Both interviews were upbeat and pleasant. No panel interview but was told sometimes they do have more than one person.

Interview
It was a very long interview. I was interviewed for approximately one hour and twenty minuets. The interview was a group panel, they had very good questions, which were relevant to what they were looking for.

Basic interview questions, have you researched the company, what do you know about the elderly, tell me a time when... I have conducted many interviews when I would hire individuals so it was pretty standard I would say.
