Inkle interview questions

Two-round process, first basic HR interview, next with the team member. The process was easy, but the team didn't know how to conduct an interview and put forward random questions. Negative reviews of other people are consistent with what I could observe, it's a glorified tax salyer version for startups.

I had an onsite interview consisting of three rounds: Technical Round – A deep-dive discussion focused on solving an AI problem end-to-end, covering methodology, approach, and technical reasoning. System Design Round – Concentrated on designing a scalable solution with considerations for cost efficiency, performance, and evaluation metrics. Founder’s Round – A conversational round centered on the company’s vision, product direction, and the role’s responsibilities, as well as how I could contribute.
