Selection stages as follow: 1. CV + cover letter 2. fill out a Q&A form 3. interview with the healthcare team 4. analyse a company pitch deck 5. partner interview The final interview may be a formality as I was asked to liaise with the team for a potential start date. The interview process feels more like a conversation/discussion, revealing the friendly and inclusive culture of the firm. You were allowed to ask for questions and advice. In general, they are intrigued by my motivation in working in a VC and some of my previous experiences in my CV (it was something outside my field of study). The interviews had been so delightful.
