Interview
I had a pleasant interview with two members of staff. I think we had different salary expectations, but overall the conversation at the interview went well. I followed up after the interview to thank them for their time and looked forward to hearing next steps. No reply. About 10 days later I emailed again asking to have interview feedback. No reply. Just incredibly rude during a pandemic when people are out of work, with so much financial uncertainty. It would be good to have known if I wasn't to proceed to the next stage so I could focus my efforts and energy onto something else.

The interview questions were fine - it was the lack of interview feedback and communication afterward which was rude and inconsiderate.
