Initiatives interview questions

I applied via LinkedIn and got a call that same day. The initial phone interview was normal and the 1st round interviewer asked questions about my current position and general questions common to a phone interview. I was brought into the office for round 2 the next day. They told me they had someone lined up for the job, but they bailed so they were looking to hire by the end of the week. I went to interview in a small office and the phones were ringing off the hook. All of the calls were 1st round interviews. I was in the waiting area a total of 10-15 minutes and she received a total of 4 calls asking about the job. She gave 2nd rounds to every single caller. RED FLAG NUMBER 1. I met with the CEO who also was the HR manager. She was talking 1000 mph. I don't think I said more than 5 senteces the whole "interview" She would describe an aspect of the job and say "can you do it"? and obviously I say yes, but half the time I didn't know what she was asking because I could not understand her due to how fast she was talking. I didn't think it went well due to how little I was able to explain about my specific skills and talents. Less than and hour later they called to tell me I was so lucky that I made it to 2nd rounds and I had to go the next day or the offer wouldn't stand anymore. So i took time off of work to go to some "event". I met a girl in the Sam's club food court, which was super awkward. She gave me the exact same sales pitch as the CEO. Like a robot. The wording was the exact same. I go to the "event" which was 2 girls standing at a booth trying to get people to try the product. While there I observed and asked questions. Then the girl took me back to the food court to ask me open ended questions and proceeded to tell me my answers were wrong. For example one of the questions was, "name 5 things you noticed about what we were doing" I said something along the lines of engaging people by using inviting words and making direct eye contact. She looked at me like I was insane and said... "no that's not one of the 5 things." from then on I knew I absolutely did not want this position. So my answers from there on out were poorly thought out and I just wanted to leave. I get a call the next day saying I've made it to the next round. This 100% confirmed my suspicions that this is a SCAM! I don't know quite what they're going for but I want no part of it.

It seemed like they were trying to sell you the job more than they were trying to get to know you and you're credentials. The whole thing seemed odd and forced.
