Phase 1: initial clearing discussion with HR recruitment resource. Next are the interviews with the hiring manager, technical resource and then sales resource. Phase 2: Perform a demo of any product to the hiring team of 5 to six people where they will judge presentation abilities and ask a few more questions. Phase 3: a couple of more interviews with executives. Everyone was very pleasant to deal with. There didn't seem to be any stump the interviewee type of questions. Just trying to understand your scope of understanding and abilities.
