The interview process was disappointing, unfortunately. Infor reached out to me, had one screening interview, scheduled the second interview and then ghosted me, despite reaching out for an update. From a candidate experience perspective, this is a very unfortunate experience to provide potential candidates with.

The interview process was seamless and professional. Each stage was clearly communicated, and the evaluators were welcoming. It provided a great opportunity to showcase my skills while learning about the culture.

Good balance of talking and learning about each other on both sides. Was able to reflect on some success that I could bring to the team there as well as the ability to ask questions.
