Interview
The interview process typically includes 5/6 steps depending on the team you'll be joining. The first two are typical HR interviews to assess your general profile and filter out non-eligibal candidates. After that, a cognitive abilities test (logical and general problem solving) Followed by a technical interview to share your past experience might include some use case analysis. The last step is usually an interview with the country manager

What past projects relevant to this position have you worked on?
At first we had HR screening, then it was time for the technical discussion, then I got the use case which I needed to complete in a couple of days and finally the final discussion.
