It was a little annoying given that they did several back channel references with some other prospective employers.

The most complete and involved process I've been through. The inclusion of a cognitive test and personality assessment raised some flags in my mind, but the experience was positive and interesting. Any concerns about how the interview process might foreshadow the working environment evaporated within my first week or so. This is a great place to work (so far) and every person I've interacted with so far has been welcoming, supportive and helpful.
