Application
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Inflexion AI (Melbourne)
Interview
The selection process involves three stages of guideline testing, which are automatically evaluated. Missing even a single comma can lead to rejection, requiring you to retake the test without any feedback on your progress. Somehow, if you manage to pass all three stages, then the paid trial becomes the real challenge. You might think the work is easy according to the guidelines, but when you submit the test file, your work may be rejected for not adhering to what they actually want, which can differ from the guidelines. Even if your response follows the directions, there can be biases in the guidelines, and trainers themselves may be uncertain about the exact standards.

Question 1
Not Applicable, the stages contain tests not live interview.
The interview process was quite lengthy and unnecessary, and they almost never qualify you after the 2nd round ot test. I passed the 2nd round even after exceeding the time limit but did not pass the 3rd round even though completing the test properly and on time.

Question 1
They give an MCQ test on Google Form in three stages
There's a third test - you're gonna have to find 4 errors in 25 clips in 2 hours- supposed to be paid if you pass, but I got an email saying that I didn't pass when I passed the second round. The third test and the second one are pretty much the same with the same style guide. It just baffles me how I passed the second exam when I went over the time limit for like two hours and now I got an automatic response in the third test saying I didn't pass and no explanation as to why. They also never replied when I inquired if the position was filled and said that if I can recommend someone and that someone passed test 3, I'll get 5k, which I'll doubt I can as they'll just send another automated response again.

Question 1
You have to edit this transcription: Okay. It's good to know it's not just the insurance companies pushing it like in every other realm of medicine. I ran across a couple companies that do the MR linex systems. Electa Unity system and then the Viewray Meridian system, both companies that offer that. Are you familiar with those or other companies that are dominant in the MR-guided treatment modalities?
