The owner or GM I interviewed with was just unprofessional and disrespectful during the whole process. He was late to our Zoom interview, which wouldn’t have been a big deal if he didn’t remind me serval times of exactly when the interview ends. I was supposed to respect his time but he wasn’t reciprocating that same respect. Second big red flag that turned me away from wasting anymore time here was when he laughed at me during our interview for not answering his question exactly how he wanted. He said “that’s not what I asked you.” I was telling him about relatable job experience before answering the question, but he clearly wanted to make me feel inferior in some way by doing this. I would stay clear of this place unless ownership changes, but based on the other reviews it doesn’t look that way.
