It was pretty straightforward: there was an initial interview with human resources first, then a more in-depth interview with the department lead where he asked a lot of things about my knowledge to the position I'm applying for, and lastly, a technical skills exam.

About the company, the position, and about my skillsets
Got some interesting in-house programming exam using my choice of language. There was also an accommodating Senior Developer that is passionate on sharing his experience in Game Development. I think it took less than a month from application to job offer.
