Extremely misleading salary expectations. The figure disclosed at the start of the process ultimately turned out to be an aggregate of all benefits, including the meal allowance, as well as a projected value for the stock options based on rather opaque assumptions. The final interview with the CTO was essentially a discussion about being expected to work unpaid overtime. I received the offer, only to put it straight in the bin.

Messy process but overall interviews went ok, mostly conversations about my experience, and a few warnings from them about expectations to work very long hours and mostly in office. Had about 4 or 5 interviews total, including a very light live case on pricing. They only revealed compensation range at the very last stage.
