They contacted me through WhatsApp to ask my availability for phone interview next morning. My application then get proceeded into HR interview which basically reiterated the basic, regular questions to get to know about candidate's profile, motivation, and culture fitness. They would also like to know your knowledge and understanding about the current news/issues

Contacted 3 days before the interview, which was quite sudden. When asked whether there was any assessment, I received no response. The interview started with basic questions, why you wanted the role and how you fitted in. Then it moved to several study case scenario, assessing your business analytical skills and awareness of socio-political developments. The interviewers were tough but remain very professional until the end.
