Offer from hiring managers
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Independence University (Salt Lake City, UT) in Aug 2019
Interview
The interview process was a smooth and easy process. I had three interviews total. The first was a phone screening interview with HR. The second was a group interview with several candidates and several managers. Lastly, the third interview was me and 4 leaders from 4 different teams.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
What drives you to be successful? Give an example of a workplace challenge and the steps you took to overcome that challenge? What motivates you to work every day? Describe how you've worked to achieve a specific goal in the past? What was the goal? What steps did you take to achieve it? Describe an accomplishment and what you did to achive it?
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Independence University (Melbourne, FL) in May 2020
Interview
I made it through the HR screen and the first group interview. There were several employees (4+) and interviewees (10+) on the zoom call, and it was difficult to keep up with who was who. Questions were asked round-robin style, giving a few interviewees a chance to answer. It was difficult to think quickly on your feet and not repeat an answer to a question someone already answered. Most questions were situational, and the was one oddball one: “if you were a car, what would you be and why?” I felt I did well and was qualified and a good fit, but I didn’t progress and didn’t receive any feedback.
