It was very easy and laid back. The interviewer basically explained the program and only asked for a little background. I had very little questions because they explained everything very thoroughly.

Video Interview & in person interview. Very unprofessional people. Would continue to tell us they would let us know back by a certain time then wouldn't hear back by that deadline. The whole process took 5 months from the application to the offers.

There was an initial phone screen interview and then I was invited to do a video interview a few days later. A week or so later they invited me out to their office in Philadelphia to meet the manager and to do an in-person interview
