Interview
F2F (First Round + Second Round) of interview with Delivery Manager for over an hour
Third Round of F2F interview with VP of Incture Technologies for 20mins
Finally, no updates from recruiter team after a week of followup.
Quite selective in finalizing the candidate. But at least the concerned HR should communicate the result of second round after followup since effort has been made by the candidate to attend F2F interview during week days. It will take effort to plan and travel from one end of city to another.

Second Round - F2F - Delivery Manager
Third Round - F2F - VP
One has to be present for F2F in all the round. Interview process will take some time. however result of the third round was never communicated even after repeated followups.
The HR should atleast communicate result in mail since candidate has made an attempt to attend interview after taking time off from the work. I would be really happy if HR says you are rejected after third round of interview.. a small note in email.

Interview
First round was Telephonic followed by Face to Face interview. There was multiple rounds of Face to Face interview with CEO taking final round.
CEO takes final call on the hiring and offer rollout. Overall its a standard interview process not anything different.
