I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Included Health in Mar 2025
Interview
Initial call is with recruiter regarding general HR questions. It was about 15 mins long. The next round was a whiteboard coding challenge with an engineer. It was approximately 1 hour long with about 15 mins of intros and questions in the end. The technical question was a medium,, but what threw me off was that there were 4 coding questions which had to be done in a span of 45 minutes. I completed 2 of them and just started the third one and realistically speaking there was no way to finish all 4 optimally. I'm really not sure what the expectation was from this.

Question 1
The technical question was DSA related which involved writing 4 different functions. The 4 questions were all stemming from the same prompt, however each one still required you to think differently and definitely needed more than 45 minutes to complete all of them.
