Interview
The process varies by department. For Operations, individual contributors at or slightly above entry level typically have a recruiter screen and manager interview. For higher level ICs or leadership there’s typically a recruiter screen, manager screen, panel interview and sometimes a presentation.

How do you deliver and receive feedback? Give examples.
I had the following interview process:
Recruiter Phone Screen > Hiring Manager Interview > Peer Interview > Director Interview > Panel Interview
The interview loop was slightly over a month long and I didn’t receive an offer. Although I was disappointed to make it through the interview loop without an offer, the recruiter took the time to call me to deliver the decision/ give feedback/offered to be available as a reference for future openings. This recruiter made all of the difference of my interview experience.

I applied online. I interviewed at Included Health (Cleveland, OH)
Interview
Very direct and easy process. I met with two leaders, one of whom was shadowing. I was asked about my clinical expertise and given plenty of time to ask my own questions.
