Interview
First I applied online and then about three weeks later I got a phone interview. Then after the phone interview it was in person interview that was with three staff members, then I was asked to come back to do a Google hang out interview with the head director. After all that I did not get the position.
Multiple rounds focused on customer service and past helping experience. Open to different backgrounds. Friendly and casual interview style. Phone interviews with video interviews later. About four different rounds. Exercise related to job duties.

Very comfortable and informative. Senior manager was friendly, straightforward. Explained the pros and cons. Motivated me to join because of his compelling display of mission statements and beliefs of a better healthcare system for everyone!

The recruiter you talk to is so friendly and helpful! You go through a phone interview and then I was contacted for a video interview as well as a mock phone call with a customer. The video interview was super nice and the people I interviewed with were very friendly! They gave you all the paperwork you needed to answer the questions for the mock phone call as well
