My Profile shortlisted for interview and before interview the have agreed my notice period and Expected salary also. After 4 rounds of interview they are willing to give only 10% of hike. I asked the same with HR how could do you say that, you were willing to give my expected salary and after 4 rounds of interview coming up with another package and simply saying it company rule which we can give only 10% hike. I feel Job seekers should not consider this company for interview.
