The other Glassdoor interview reviews were spot on - there is a problem in the way this company conducts its marketing interviews. I spent 25 very unproductive minutes with the last interviewer. I knew in the first few minutes this was a check-the-box/gut check interview, not a strategic conversation for a senior role. Disappointing enough that I said No myself.
The interviewer (1) kept interrupting me constantly with trivial points (2) Didn't seem to have read anything on my background and spent most of the time on "tell me about your current employer" (3) seemed to have made up their mind in advance because they cut short a 45 minute interview using the excuse they were "double booked". really?
World class products should have world class interview experiences. I hope the new incoming CMO fixes the marketing hiring process.
