It was a zoom Interview that lasts for around half an hour where I was asked questions from my Intern Profile (for which I was applying) and some sort of questions related to my interest.
I applied online. I interviewed at InSellerate in Dec 2020
Interview
There were a lot of interviews, I believe 5 or 6 rounds. The main goal, after deciding skills and experience were adequate for the role, was making sure culture fit was correct. I appreciated this as I have been in places where the culture was bad and it can really ruin a good thing.

Question 1
Are you comfortable taking jobs and tasks outside of your title and role?
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at InSellerate (Los Angeles, CA)
Interview
Interview 1-my potential boss didn't take the time to look at my Resume in advance of the call.
Post Interview-Wrote him a thank you e-mail, no reply
Next Steps-Another zoom interview along with 5 separate phone interviews with members of the team. This was over a 2-3 week period.
Final Step-Demo the product. The transfer of expectations between the recruiter and InSellerate Management was completely botched.
My potential boss said he would get back to me in 12 hours. He never got back to me. This is disappointing after committing several hours over a 5 week period.
Have the decency to follow-up with candidates. At the end of the day, you can do a lot better than this company.
