Very smooth and clear process:
1. Technical interview with SF team. They have asked me several questions about Salesforce platform, Scrum methodology, etc.
2. Interview with CTO. We discussed with tech challenges they're facing in Salesforce implementation.
3. Job offer / discussion with HR
