Interview
The interview process went smoothly and rather quickly. There was a phone screening, a hiring manager interview, and then finally the hiring council interview. It was refreshing not to have the interview process drag on for weeks and take five or six different sessions to get hired.
Everyone in the interview process was very genuine and interested in what I had to say. The fit with the people and the culture was something I was interested in right away.

Interview
3 different interviews in total, third interview was with the "hiring council" and was a bit awkward as the team did not seem interested at this point. Not sure why they decided to continue conducting the interview..
