I applied online and I was assigned a take home test about ten days after my application. The assignments within the test were extremely simple with instructions on how to do them. I believe that pretty much everyone can successfully answer those questions. I have finished the assignment the next day and even though I was told my application would be reviewed next week, it took a month to get an update about my application where I received a rejection mail even though I was able to complete all the given assignments.
