I was invited to submit a digital interview about 1 week after I applied to the position. The experience was fine: the software Hireview is pretty easy to use; you have a few questions to practice - 1 to 2 min to think about the question and 2-3 min to answer the question. It sounds a bit stressing to be recorded, but it turned out to be ok. Questions were basic questions usually asked at interviews. Though, I am disappointed by the company: one month later, I still haven't heard back from them even though I sent a few follow-up emails. I feel it is not right and a bit disrespectful.
