I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at IfOnly (Hayward, CA) in Sept 2020
Interview
Very quick. Spoke to a recruiter online, then had a 30 minute phone interview the next day with technical question. Next round about a week later, lasted 4 hours, spoke with 7 members of the team and had one technical question with the engineers.

Interview
I first spoke with Sean and then Kate and then came into the office. It all seemed like a very open process. I was sped up in the interview process. But then it went into silence from there I heard nothing. My follow up emails went unanswered. I finally sent another follow up email and got the response that my background wasn’t a good enough fit. Which didn’t make any sense because my background didn’t change from the beginning to the end of the process. I felt like the process wasn’t as open as I thought and ultimately felt like my time and theirs was wasted.

Interview
