I applied online. I interviewed at Ideation Design Group (Tempe, AZ)
Interview
In the interview, this company focuses more on discussing their own expectations and requirements rather than learning about you. They did clearly outline their expectations which included working 40+ hours a week and doing extra tasks on weekends. It appears they expect their employees to be available on weekends and that is not a suggestion. They pride themselves on commitment to their clients at any expense to the employees schedules. The rest of the interview covered the "perks" of working for them, work-life balance is not one of them. It is important to do your due diligence to determine if this company aligns with you and if it's worth pursuing.

I applied in-person. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Ideation Design Group in Aug 2013
Interview
It was positive, up beat and direct. Promising yet not miss leading.
Bring your 'A Game', they want to know about you and what drive you can provide. They don't "beat around the bush". They provided impressing awards/acknowledgements. Being a part of their team is something that is recognized, to other employers in this industry.
