- Entrevista con recursos humanos
- Entrevista técnica, consiste en revisar una pull request con un par de desarrolladores de la empresa, conversación técnica informal
- Entrevista con managers de negocio
El proceso me resultó agradable y efectivo hasta llegar a la tercera entrevista en la que me encontré con un señor de traje haciendo preguntas absurdas y buscando que le hiciese un poco la pelota

En la parte técnica fueron todo preguntas en referencia al PR, para saber mi opinión sobre diferentes prácticas y mis maneras de resolverlo

Interview
One recruiter contacted me from LinkedIn. I had a meeting with her and then I was tasked with a software design task about writting some proposition on how to improve the code of a given repository. The next interview was discussing this proposal to a couple of enginneers. After this a new interview with their lead enginneer and finally a last meeting with one of the execs.

Question 1
In the first interview, the common HR stuff. The exercise was proposing a refactoring to improve the design of a example codebase. This had to be defended with some of their enginneer explaining your reasons and weighting their points and proposals. The last two was common human oriented stuff again.
